Hours: (30-44 Hours) Full Time

  • Manage and execute our organic and paid online marketing, with a focus on paid Facebook advertising.

  • Develop our ad testing strategy, analyze campaign performance and ROI and track learnings for constant optimization.

  • Develop customized target audiences.

  • Develop eye catching, on-brand content for ads, including selecting images or videos and writing ad titles, developing offers, and optimizing landing pages.

  • Create, launch and monitor ads using tools such as Hootsuite, AdEspresso and Facebook Ads Manager.

  • Develop original organic posts on a regular basis on Facebook and Instagram.

  • Working on head office.

  • Have a great attitude and willingness to learn

  • Exude high level of energy

  • Enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment

  • Pay attention to details 

  • Speak good English or French (speaking Chinese and/or Farsi is an asset)

You will be interacting with coworkers and a wide variety of customers. You’ll work anything from 30 – 44 hours per week, so flexibility is key. You need no prior experience to do well in this role. But you do need to:

  • Have a great attitude and willingness to learn

  • Exude high level of energy

  • Enjoy working in a fun and fast-paced environment

  • Pay attention to details 

  • Clean and restock the restroom and storefront

  • Be able to stand, bend, reach, walk, climb stairs and step ladders, and carry objects up to fifty (50) pounds

  • Speak good English or French (speaking Chinese and/or Farsi is an asset)

  • Be flexible with your working hours

  • Be eligible to work in Canada

  • Enjoy customer interaction

  • Speak good English and French (speaking Chinese and/or Farsi is an asset)

As a Store Manager, you are independently responsible for a Mono store.  You’ll work full-time (44 hours per week) to build and retain a great team which embodies Mono’s culture by providing excellent customer service and the best standards of coffee and food at all times. You need to:

  • Build a great team and retains them to provide top rate service

  • Offer friendly service and excellent speed of service and line management

  • Be fluently bilingual (speaking Chinese and/or Farsi is an asset)

  • Manage our costs and render financial success 

  • Have 1 to 3 years restaurant/cafe management experience as a Store/General Manager

  • Be passionate about hiring, training, developing, and leading great teams

  • Have strong problem-solving, effective management, and leadership skills

  • Present self professionally and exudes high level of integrity.

  • Effectively implement and lead initiatives.

  • Demonstrate the ability to execute store operations, including handling various issues in a fast-paced environment

  • Multi-task on day-to-day responsibilities, prioritizing effectively and planning in order to meet store goals.

  • Proficiency using various computer systems.

  • Be eligible to work in Canada
